APPENDIX 1 – MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS - COSTA CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Costa Club membership programme operated by Felda Travel Sdn Bhd (“Felda Travel”) with Company registration number 198301004772. Felda Travel is the company that fully owns Hotel Seri Costa, Melaka.

These Terms apply to each Costa Club member (“Partner”) subscribed through any of Felda Travel’s sales channels.

These Terms are effective starting 1st December 2022 and may be amended by Felda Travel from time to time.

2. Partners’ Benefits

As part of the Costa Club membership, the Partner will receive the following benefits:

-          Voucher for complimentary 2 nights stay in a Superior Room in Hotel Seri Costa

-          Voucher for complimentary Ramadan buffet valid during the year 2023

-          Voucher for complimentary Coconut Shake Batu Berendam

-          20% off normal selling rate for all room types

-          20% off River Cruise tickets

-          20% off Menara Taming Sari tickets

-          Trishaw Ride from Hotel Seri Costa to Menara Taming Sari (One Way Ride) at RM20

Terms and conditions stated on the voucher apply for each voucher provided.

3. Partners’ obligations

Partners must NOT:

a) supply or attempt to supply false or misleading information or make a misrepresentation, to Felda Travel or Hotel Seri Costa

b) lend, rent, distribute or sell the membership or membership benefits, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Felda Travel or attempt to do any of those things

c) apply for Costa Club membership, if you already have an account, or if you have previously been terminated from the membership programme.

d) act in any other way which breaches the Terms

4. Expiry and Termination

The Costa Club membership will expire on 31st December 2023. Upon expiry, the Partner will no longer benefit from the privileges related to the Costa Club membership programme.

Felda Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Partner’s Costa Club membership for a breach in the Terms.

5. Permission / Privacy

As a Costa Club member, you agree that Felda Travel may from time to time send you direct mail, or SMS, or calling or emailing to keep the Partner informed of promotions and/or new developments regarding the Partners’ membership and to make other offers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Subject to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited, and otherwise to the maximum extent permitted by law, Felda Travel, Hotel Seri Costa, and each of their officers, employees and agents, are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Costa Club membership programme, safe to the extent that such loss arises from negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Acceptance of online sales

By purchasing the Costa Club membership online, the purchaser hereby agrees to all the terms and conditions listed above.
